ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
COMMUNAL AREAS
Cleaning of the communal areas is carried out weekly by our contractor Archview Assist. All notice Boards have a report sheet so you can notify the cleaners of any issues which need their attention and especially any non working lights.
Please play your part in keeping the communal areas clean and tidy at all times. Please do not leave trash bags or store any items in the stairways as this is a safety hazard.
NO SMOKING - All communal areas are strictly non smoking.
WINDOW CLEANING - All external windows are cleaned every two months by our specialist contractors. You will need to clean your internal flat windows.
GROUNDS are maintained twice monthly in summer and once monthly in winter by our Grounds contractor Artemis.
TRASH:
Trash collection day is Friday.
All trash should be placed in plastic bags and placed in the communal bins in your nearest Bin Store. Please never leave trash outside your flat door as this is a safety and a fire hazard and may leave stains on the carpet.
Please always place bags inside the trash bins and never on the ground in the bin stores as this ebcourages vermin !
RECYCLING
We have provided comprehensive recycling facilities. These are located in the middle Bin Store . Please use these in a responsible manner. Please only place the appropriate recycleable items in their allocated bins which are all clearly marked.
TV PHONE & BROADBAND
All flats are equipped with Freeview TV and Sky / Freesat satelliote TV. Sky Plus is not currently available but can be installed with a simple wiring addition in your flat. Contact the Management Company for details
Please note that you must not erect any additional TV ,Radio or satellite aerials.
All flats are pre wired for landline telephone and broadband is available from many providers.
PETS
Pets are not allowed anywhere in the building . This includes inside your flat. This applies to all pets and includes guest pets . For the comfort and safety of all residents we do enforce this rule in all cases.
